So I was being totally retarded the other night and going through random websites and suddenly my computer was infected with some kind of virus thing with spyware and whatever. I don't know what's wrong with my computer, so I try to go to system restore, but system restore is infected and I can't restore anything :c. I just got a pop up telling me that spyware is infected or whatever. What's that mean and how can I fix it :c... I'm like freaking out :'c.

Im not sure if it's got virus. But, when i switch on the laptop it shows the make and the "windows" thing. Shuts down by itself.. And opens automatically. This goes on till yu switch it off by pressing the power button. When i decided to format it by using the cd.. it says the hard disk is not found. now my dad wants to give the laptop to one of his friends who says he can fix it. Whenever I try to uninstall Spy Sweeper, I get a prompt saying the uninstall program doesn't exist (same result whether I do this through Start menu or Add or Remve Programs). I DLed Ccleaner and Revo but they don't uninstall it either. I also tried reinstalling and then uninstalling but the installation cannot be completed because of an error. Using the cd won't do the trick either; it cannot complete installation (error message). What may have caused this is a recent system restore that I had executed to prevent the progression of a virus after Spy Sweeper had already been uninstalled (I think). I'm not sure but is it possible that that had something to do with it? Please help me get rid of this crappy program.

After my computer was infected with verious viruses, I removed the antivirus and installed a new antivirus and scanned my laptop. After this scanning, the laptop hybernate option does not work. Some alert comes and says that the computer doesn't have enough ( ) to load hybernate option. So if any one of u could tell me the reason and the solution of this problem, i will be pleasured.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate installed in my HCL laptop. Last month i was encrypting my external hard disk with "bit locker drive encryption". It started normally, but suddenly after 49%, it stuck, displaying an error: "An error occurred. This disk has one or more errors, run chkdsk/r, if the error persist this may be indicative of a hardware fault..." I then thought to decrypt my data back and to disable the protection. When I tried doing this, after some time my PC hanged and the operation got aborted. When I restarted my system, i found that the disk is not being detected. It is not shown in "computer", although the disk lights were on. I tried running the hard disk in "Ubuntu OS", it works there, but all my data is encrypted. My hard disk is absolutely fine and OK. There is no problem with hardware and no virus is there in my PC as well. What to do now? How can i get my data back and how can i decrypt my harddisk? Please help, since this data worths me a lot. My home is only 1400 feet away from a 733 foot, 50,000 watt radio tower and another smaller radio tower next to it. In the past, I've had problems with my garage door opening with the remote. Now, my new computer is acting up. Sometimes when I start it up it just gets to the desktop and doesn't load anything. No matter what I click nothing loads or happens. I scanned it with 3 different anti-virus/spyware programs and nothing was found. The room its in has a window facing directly at the towers. I blocked the window with some stuff and the computer works normally so far. Could the electromagnetic radiation be affecting my pc? I believe I may have picked up a virus. Just yesterday my pc started acting "funny" - locking up when moving from one thing to another, etc. Then today I attempted to log into my online bank account and was taken to a page (which looked as though it was part of my bank's site) that was asking for my name, dob, ss#, bank card number, pin, etc in order to "verify" me. I knew this wasn't right so I closed internet explorer, re-opened and tried going to Ebay, when I attempted to log in there I was taken to the same sort of page but this time it looked like it was part of the Ebay site. it started a couple of weeks ago, the keyboard and touch pad stopped working, thought it must be a virus so ran scans with AVG and Avira but nothing showed, the problem seems intermittent, sometimes everything seems fine and then it all goes weired again usually starting with the curser either not responding or jumping all over the screen and sometimes disappearing altogether. I have ran C cleaner, Spy-bot and a couple of hours ago cleaned the registry with Reg-cure, apparently I had over 2000 problems, none of these made any difference. I decided to do a full recovery but when I follow the instructions and try to boot from the recovery disc it just tries to boot normally and asks for my account password which I cant enter because the keyboard ain't working. I think i have a virus or hijacker or something in my computer as for the past few weeks every website i go on has the same advertisment whereever the advertisments are its for pills. Also when i search for something on like gooogle ect or anything and i click on something like a link it dosent bring up the right link half of the time. I have been trying to do a sytem restore to a point a few months ago when it was fine but when i first click on it nothing happens and so i go back in and click it again and then the window pops up but its comnpletely blank with the wee not reponding icon in the top left hand corner.
